The Democratic School in Givat Olga offers:

A Personal Learning Plan, designed by the learner, their family members and personal advisor. The personal learning plan allows each learner to thrive on their areas of strength and growth, while being attentive to the learner and their family's specific goals and expectations. The plan is intended to provide an enjoyable and challenging framework for the learner's learning at school.

Pluralistic Learning, which allows each and every learner to discover and develop their ability.

Democratic Community Life, in which each member of the school community (students, parents and school staff) participate in decision-making processes and in the execution of decisions made.

Experiential and Meaningful Learning, which takes place within a learning community of children and adults.

Social Involvement both in the life of the school and the life of the community surrounding it, with whom the school will maintain close ties.

Real World Professional Experience – inside the school, as part of the Time Bank program, and outside, as part of the Apprenticeship program.

Access to the Israeli Baccalaureates and to a series of courses in the Open University of Israel.
