The Pioneer Program enjoys the support of the Municipality of Hadera. The new Democratic School in Givat Olga is fully recognized by the Israeli Ministry of Education. But the Program is multi-faceted and ambitious: The new school promises a student to teacher ratio of 1:15, a long schoolday, fair compensation for its staff, and all these while being tuition-free for families. Additionally, the Pioneer Group, the Future Center, the Entrepreneurship Incubator as well as the Institute require initial funding before they can become self-sustaining.
